Do you find yourself being rushed off your feet, a

Do you find yourself being rushed off your feet, always snapping, being irritable, moody, or frustrated? Do you ever feel overwhelmed or experience muscle tightness and pain? Lastly, do you find yourself losing patience with you partner or children by the end of the day? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Most of us experience these things as they are completely natural and human. These are all signs of struggling to cope well with stress and I am here to tell you that we do not have to experience life in this way.

TRE can help eliminate these feelings and experiences. It targets a shaking mechanism in the body, which causes our muscles to release and relax. Consequently, our body shifts from a stressed/overwhelmed state to a state of calmness. After a few sessions of TRE, you will feel lighter, brighter and will be able to take on more in your day, without reaching a point of overwhelm.

With all of this in mind, I have exciting news! 👀 For those of you who are interested in a get together with friends, why not change it up and organise a weekly group TRE session?
Instead of the usual book clubs, dinner parties and walks along the river, let’s lie down and release our pent up stress, amongst the comradery and support of friends.

I am offering a group 5 week package for you and your friends (4-10max) to unwind and de-stress together, either in person or over zoom, the choice is yours. The cost will be £380 for 5 weeks for the entire group.

Group size 4-10 people and this all depends on how much individual attention you would like. The first week session is 90min and the remaining 4 weeks are each 60min in duration.

Today is the day you finally commit to looking after YOU, sorting out your body and releasing tension so that you can be that fun, spontaneous and happy person once again.

Throughout life, we move from one state of mind to another and are faced with new situations. Many of us fear change as we become comfortable with the routines we have in place. However, new challenges are crucial as they are what helps us grow! 🙏🏼

When we overcome a hard time, our self-esteem builds and we surprise ourselves in many ways. We may have thought that we don’t have the inner strength or set of skills to get through it but we did!

So let’s embrace change. The ebb and flow of life allows us to expand our nature and become a new improved version of ourselves.

Absolutely loving my Quantum Energy Coaching journey ✨ I’ve been expanding my knowledge and awareness as well as helping others shift and let go of layers of trauma, limiting beliefs and societal conditioning.

I’m happy to announce that I have finished doing an advanced certification in Crisis, Trauma and Addiction, as part of the QEC advanced training course. This course was excellent as it brought focus to those going through crisis, trauma and addictions and gave me the added boost and tools I needed in my offering. Humans are like onions. As we grow, we experience

Humans are like onions. As we grow, we experience life through different events & emotions. When we experience something, we subconsciously decide right then and there whether to create a protective layer around us so that we don’t have to feel that way again ie: humiliation, anger, rage, sadness…etc.

Each experience creates a protective layer around us, preventing us from getting hurt again, and so we build layer upon layer until we have so many layers on – we have forgotten who our true authentic self really is…

We have multiple different layers that need to be peeled away. The uncovering of each layer may be accompanied by pain and tears, just like how our eyes begin to water when we unpeel an onion. This process may be scary as we may begin to feel vulnerable and exposed. However, in order to cook an onion and get the delicious juices flowing, we need to prepare and unpeel it. You cannot plonk a whole onion onto the pan with its skin on, it just won’t work. This can be compared to the life of a human. In order for us to truly thrive and for our creative juices to start flowing, we need to uncover our various layers. We cannot go through life with a tough skin on. We will become emotionally detached from the world around us.

Part of what makes us humans is our ability to feel emotion. If we restrict this by concealing and protecting our layers, we won’t be able to truly connect with ourselves and with others around us. We will begin to live a meaningless life.

SO I urge you to embrace your emotionality and uncover your various layers. See what makes you upset, who has hurt you in the past, what ticks you off or triggers you, and even what makes you happy. Embrace these various layers and work with them to create a juicy, young and zesty life.

Aaaahhh, sinking my feet into the cool grass, feel

Aaaahhh, sinking my feet into the cool grass, feeling the grass tickle the edges of my feet and In between my toes, really feels good.

Taking time to connect with my feet and the sensations they are feeling is a good way to slow down.
This increases my awareness and calms my mind.
Walking bare foot as you know helps calm you and ground you… connecting with Mother Earth through your feet is the best place to start…I try do this daily…

It’s a great habit to start 🥰
