Time to cosy up for winter ✨ just a reminder that it’s okay to take things slow and pull back in the colder weather.

What do you like to do for yourself in the winter season ? 🛁💅

Do you know your boiling point? As humans, we all

Do you know your boiling point? As humans, we all have limits. We have physical limits, social limits, mental limits and emotional limits 🙅🏽‍♀️

One person might be able to handle emotional challenges and another might be able to face physical demands. We all have different tolerances for different things and that’s totally okay🙏🏼

Whats super important is to recognise when you’re nearing your limit. Imagine a pot of water left boiling on the stove - eventually, it overflows, creating a mess. The same happens when we ignore our own boiling point 🙆🏼‍♀️

If we keep pushing ourselves, the pressure builds, and something eventually spills over. This could look like anger, tears, anxiety, or feeling completely overwhelmed.

So next time take a moment to pause. It can be helpful to do something that soothes your mind and body 🦋take a warm bath, stretch, go for a walk, or simply spend some quiet time alone.

Kindness has the power to uplift us, boost our feel-good hormones, and move us toward a state of happiness.

Simple acts of kindness don’t require grand gestures—they can be as easy as smiling at someone, waving to a neighbor, or greeting others with your full attention.

It might mean helping someone with their groceries, holding the door open, or spending a few moments playing a game your child loves. These small, thoughtful actions not only brighten someone else’s day but also leave you feeling lighter, happier, and more connected 🤍

Even when life feels busy or stressful, taking a moment to be kind is always worth it. You’ll return to your tasks with an uplifted mood and a sense of purpose✨
