Accessing gratitude in our daily lives is important for our mental health and well-being and sometimes it’s hard to just be grateful for our attributes and our skills and for who we are… So sometimes it’s important to surround yourself with reminders like flowers, walking in nature, watching wildlife - whatever tickles your fancy, whatever makes fills your heart with gratitude..

To my fellow QEC practitioners - I have two exciting services to offer 💛

The first service is that I am facilitating QEC supervision groups for the next 4 months - April, May, June, July 🦋

As a mental health practitioner, it is important that you are supported - whether it be for your own personal journey or certain struggles you are experiencing with clients 🙏🏼 Coming together is important because we can learn from each other’s perspectives - ensuring that we are opening up new opportunities for growth.

There are two different slots to choose from:
1. Every 3rd Monday of the month - 7pm.
2. Every 1st Wednesday of the month - 9am (uk times)

Pricing is £30 a session 🦋 please visit my website or look at my bio for the booking links.

The second service is that I am also offering QEC sessions to my fellow colleagues. This involves gifting yourself sessions every 2 weeks to provide consistency, support and ultimately change - enabling you to help others in the best way possible.

I will guide you and support you as you move through this journey. You can purchase a month subscription for £160.00 or you can purchase up to 8 months at a time 🙏🏼 please look at my website to book.

This will involve a 90 min TRE workshop at Cobham Yoga, followed by lunch (for own expense) at Coppa Cobham.

The last TRE Shake and Lunch was unbelievable - It is always an incredible way to tremor in person with like minded people! Lunch is usually filled with countless giggles and such interesting conversations 🥰 if you are wanting to connect with new individuals then this is a great opportunity!

There’s something magical about watching the sun

There’s something magical about watching the sunrise, isn’t there? 🌞 It’s a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and be fully present in the moment. As someone who cherishes mornings, I’ve learned the importance of starting the day mindfully. Here are a few tips to help you ease into your day with calmness and mindfulness:

1️⃣ Wake Up Early: Give yourself ample time in the morning to avoid rushing. This sets a peaceful tone for the day ahead.

2️⃣ Morning Meditation or Reflection: Spend a few minutes meditating, journaling, or simply reflecting on your intentions for the day. It helps to clear the mind and focus.

3️⃣ Connect with Nature: If possible, step outside and soak in the beauty of nature. Watch the sunrise, feel the fresh air, or listen to the sounds around you.

4️⃣ Mindful Breathing: Practice deep breathing exercises to center yourself and promote relaxation. Inhale positivity, exhale any tension.

5️⃣ Mindful Movement: Incorporate gentle stretching, yoga, or a mindful walk into your morning routine. It helps to awaken the body and improve mood.

6️⃣ Limit Distractions: During your morning routine, minimize distractions such as checking emails or social media. Focus on being present and fully engaged in the present moment.
