What an amazing time at the Spring Shake and Lunch 🦋🌸 it was such a privilege guiding these incredible women through a TRE session at @cobhamyoga and continuing the fun at lunch together 🌸 thank you to everyone who joined - already looking forward to the next one!

Another reminder about the Spring TRE shake and lunch - Sunday 21st April 2024!

This will involve a 90 min TRE workshop at Cobham Yoga, followed by lunch (for own expense) at Coppa Cobham.

The last TRE Shake and Lunch was unbelievable - It is always an incredible way to tremor in person with like minded people! Lunch is usually filled with countless giggles and such interesting conversations 🥰 if you are wanting to connect with new individuals then this is a great opportunity!

Accessing gratitude in our daily lives is important for our mental health and well-being and sometimes it’s hard to just be grateful for our attributes and our skills and for who we are… So sometimes it’s important to surround yourself with reminders like flowers, walking in nature, watching wildlife - whatever tickles your fancy, whatever makes fills your heart with gratitude..

To my fellow QEC practitioners - I have two exciting services to offer 💛

The first service is that I am facilitating QEC supervision groups for the next 4 months - April, May, June, July 🦋

As a mental health practitioner, it is important that you are supported - whether it be for your own personal journey or certain struggles you are experiencing with clients 🙏🏼 Coming together is important because we can learn from each other’s perspectives - ensuring that we are opening up new opportunities for growth.

There are two different slots to choose from:
1. Every 3rd Monday of the month - 7pm.
2. Every 1st Wednesday of the month - 9am (uk times)

The second service is that I am also offering QEC sessions to my fellow colleagues. This involves gifting yourself sessions every 2 weeks to provide consistency, support and ultimately change - enabling you to help others in the best way possible.

I will guide you and support you as you move through this journey. You can purchase a month subscription for £160.00 or you can purchase up to 8 months at a time 🙏🏼 please look at my website to book.
